Seems Gisele came with gifts ... because she was carrying a shopping bag from Givenchy Paris ... one of the most expensive couture stores in the world.
And if that wasn"t enough ... Tom also got a celebratory tweet from his ex-GF/baby mamaBridget Moynahan... who wrote, "Yippee! I can go back to private texts and enjoying the game congrats #TB and @Patriots #letsmoveon."
