Excited to be supporting her man! Taylor Swift rang in the new year by attending boyfriend Calvin Harris DJ gig at Omnia nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas with pal Ruby Rose on Thursday, December 31.

The superstar songstress, 26, partied with the Australian model as her beau spun his chart-topping hits.

In a video that the 29-year-old Orange Is the New Black star shared on Instagram, the two ladies pose and make faces while wearing New Years Eve party tiaras.

When @taylorswift looks perfect in a feather tiara and I look wrong.. But HAPPY 2016!!!! Rose captioned the cute video, which was taken inside the club.

The model and her fiancee, Phoebe Dahl, ended their engagement last month after being in a relationship for two years.

Swift, who recently wrapped up her 1989 World Tour, has been taking a well deserved break. On December 23, the Style singer and the Scottish DJ, 31, got into the holiday spirit and built a snowman with her brother, Austin, while vacationing in Colorado.

Really proud of ourselves here, she captioned a photo on Instagram of the three together with their snowy creation.

Though shes finally getting some R&R after seven months of touring, Swift released the music video for her song Out of the Woods on d**k Clarks Rockin Eve With Ryan Seacrest on Thursday.

This week has kicked off with a pair of Internet-busting music videos, as Taylor Swift's star-packed "Bad Blood" extravaganza was quickly followed by the instantly meme-able clip for Nicki Minaj and Beyonce's "Feeling Myself." These two music videos showcase a handful of the biggest music stars on the planet, and approach their featured songs using wildly different (but equally compelling) visual methods. Swift's highly anticipated "Bad Blood" video was preceded by weeks of personally released teaser images that confirmed appearances from Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Hayley Williams and Ellie Goulding, among others; when the music video finally was unveiled to kick off the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, Swift's latest 1989 visual proved to be a highly stylized action clip, with the singer's many guest stars flaunting their unique ferocities. Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar also popped up to deliver his bars on the "Bad Blood" remix, adding a new dimension to the anthem and putting his stamp on the girl power expo.

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj and Beyonce have once again teamed up to ooze effortless cool all over the "Feeling Myself" video, which was filmed during Coachella last month. The cut from Minaj's The Pinkprint album, which premiered exclusively on Tidal on Monday (May 18), finds the two divas flexing in a kiddie pool, mean-mugging next to various classic cars, rocking squirt guns and slow-winding before feasting upon hamburgers. In other words, "Feeling Myself" finds Bey and Nicki being cooler than darn near anyone on the planet.

Apple reportedly in talks with Taylor Swift for Beats Music exclusives

Exclusive content was mentioned more that once during Tidal's recent relaunch at the hands of Jay Z & Co. Not to be outdone by the celebrity-backed competition, it seems Apple is also looking to offer releases that you won't be able to find anywhere else -- at lease for a period of time. Bloomberg reports the folks in Cupertino are in talks with Florence and the Machine, Taylor Swift and "more than a dozen" others about exclusive deals for its upcoming streaming service. The former has an album that's set to drop in June -- a follow-up to 2011's Grammy-nominated effort Ceremonials. If you'll recall, Ms. Swift's catalog will be available on Tidal, as it doesn't have a free option like the service she spurned last year.

Bloomberg's sources also say that the Beats Music/iTunes subscription will cost $10/month with at $15 monthly family plan, lining it up with Tidal, Spotify and Rdio in terms of cost. If Apple is able to make these artists deals happen, we'll surely hear about it when the new version of Beat Music relaunches, which could be as early as WWDC in June.

Taylor Swift is sharing some serious and upsetting news.

In a tweet, she says her mother has been diagnosed with cancer.

The superstar singer says that for Christmas, she asked her mother, Andrea, to give her the gift of going to "the doctor to get screened for any health issues, just to ease some worries of mine."

Mom agreed, and went in to get checked.

Now, writes Swift, "The results came in, and I'm saddened to tell you that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. I'd like to keep the details of her condition and treatment plans private, but she wanted you to know."

Swift says that her mother wanted to urge fans to remind their parents to get checked to "possibly lead to an early diagnosis and an easier battle."

And also for "peace of mind in knowing that they're healthy and there's nothing to worry about. She wanted you to know why she may not be at as many shows this tour. She's got an important battle to fight."

Remember When Taylor Swift Shined as 'Saturday Night Live' Host?

It's only January 2nd, so it's not too late for New Year wishes, right?

For this week's Flashback Friday (and probably also influenced by the fact we're still rewatching Taylor Swift's awesome New Year's Eve performances of "Shake It Off" and "Welcome to New York"), we're looking back at Swift's November 2009 hosting gig on Saturday Night Live. Months before winning the album of the year Grammy for Fearless and a full year before scoring her first million-plus debut week with Speak Now, Swift was surprisingly funny and self-deprecating on SNL... and we're not-so-secretly hoping for a repeat at some point in 2015.

Taylor Swift's '1989' Beats 'Frozen' As Top Selling Album of 2014

Not that Swift needs the promotional help (1989 just notched its seventh week at No. 1), but a return to the late-night show as both host and musical guest could be a fun victory lap for her -- and a real treat for viewers. During her 2009 post-Kanyegate appearance, Swift sang a goofy monologue song (which, natch, she wrote herself), showed off her skills as a potential BFF, and even managed a killer Bella Swan impression.

Just picture what Swift could tackle in her return: a meeting of some kind of silly Secret Celebrity BFF Club (Lorde and/or Lena Dunham would make cameos, of course), or perhaps she could spoof her life under the microscope with some kind of send-up of the paparazzi. She could even tackle the rumors and headlines about her personal life as a contestant on a dating game show called #Thirsty.
