Drew Brees meets with Dr. James Andrews, receives "very positive" feedback ...

Drew Brees again met with orthopedic surgeon surgeon Dr. James Andrews to have his shoulder re-evaluated on Monday.

The meeting took place in Birmingham and Brees reportedly received very positive feedback, according to ESPN. The Saints quarterback also met with Andrews last week.

Brees missed Sundays loss tothe Carolina Panthers after suffering a bruised rotator cuff against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during a Week 2 loss. Coach Sean Payton said Monday that he remains day to day.

ESPN also reported that Brees is rehabbing with therapist Kevin Wilk, who worked with the quraterback after he had surgery on his shoulder in 2006.

The Saints play the Cowboys at home on Sunday night. If Brees is unable to play, Luke McCown will likely start in his place.
