She"s taking the music industry by storm. I was watching a tribute to legendary Smokey Robinson during the BET Awards and this soulful artist took on one of Robinson"s hits and had the audience wondering who she was. Then on the VMAs just a couple of weeks ago she did it again.
Obviously, I wasn"t one of Tori Kelly"s eight million followers that love and support this former You Tube sensation. When I announced on WHAS11 Noon Show that Kelly will be in Louisville on Wednesday, October 28th in the Mercury Ballroom the response was almost immediate.
I started getting emails from fans wanting additional information. Even staff members wanted to know The411 on how their kids could get tickets. Kelly"s***t song, "Should"ve Been Us" has already hit eight million hits and counting.
Tickets are only $25 in advance. Please don"t forget that the Mercury Ballroom"s capacity is around 900 people. So, if you haven"t purchased your tickets you need to get them soon. I doubt if you will be able to purchase them at the mercuryballroom.com or at the Louisville Palace Box Office.
