Forget about Bradley Cooper! The Limitless TV series will have a Dexter reunion

Never mind that Bradley Cooper cameo! Limitless has a major TV reunion in the works.

CBS"s spinoff of the Hollywood blockbuster will reunite Limitless regular Jennifer Carpenter with her former Dexter co-star Desmond Harrington.

Harrington famously played Debra Morgan"s (Carpenter) troubled cop boyfriend Joey Quinn for six seasons on Showtime"s serial killer drama.

The actor will be romancing Carpenter again this autumn in Limitless for a potentially recurring role as FBI SWAT team specialist Casey Rooks, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Casey Rooks is brought in by the bureau to train new recruit Brian Finch (Jake McDorman), whose mind is expanded thanks to a mysterious drug.

While he"s tasked with keeping an eye on wildcard Brian, Casey is also secretly involved in a tryst with the recruit"s boss Rebecca Harris (Carpenter).

Harrington joins the recently-cast Colin Salmon (Arrow), who will play an intelligence officer hired by Bradley Cooper"s character Eddie Morra.

Cooper is slated to cameo in the pilot, with recurring appearances later on also possible.

Limitless debuts on CBS on September 22. Watch a teaser below:
