Snoop Dogg gets kidnapped by Julia Louis-Dreyfus in Old Navy"s Black Friday ad

Old Navys Black Friday ad sees the return of Seinfeld actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus as she partners with comedian Kumail Nanjiani to kidnap Snoop Dogg in a $1m heist.

The five-time Emmy Award winner returns to the fold for Gaps premier jeans brand for its Black Friday promotion which promises shoppers who wait in line for Black Friday the chance to win $1m.

Rapper and marijuana entrepreneur, Snoop Dogg, is the focal point of the ad which shows him tied up in his living room as Dreyfus interrogates him as to the whereabouts of the $1m in cash he photographed and uploaded to Instagram. Louis-Dreyfus chimes in with a humorous insult of her own at one point, calling Snoop Dogg "Daddy Long Legs."

The 2 min 20 second ad, created by Chandelier Creative, stars Silicon Valley star, Kumail Nanjiani, as the getaway driver who at one point refers to Snoop Doggs famous 1994 hit Gin and Juice noting that he had a bad experience with the combination which he claims upset his stomach.

Louis-Dreyfuss last performance for the clothing retailer saw her play an overbearing mother for the clothing brands back to school ad campaign. Snoop Dogg is expected to lend his distinctive voice to radio spots for the brand.

The approach expands on the brand"s recent drive to emphasize female comedians, which also includeAmy Poehler.
