Quentin Tarantino has released the first trailer for "The Hateful Eight" that actually contains footage from his upcoming eighth film. Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demian Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, and Bruce Dern star in the violent drama about a group of unsavory travelers stuck in a blizzard. "The Hateful Eight," almost derailed when the script leaked online, opens in limited release on Christmas Day, then everywhere else on January 8.

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter got a breast reduction, she revealed in a new interview with Glamour. "I feel like a new person," the 17-year-old actress said of her decision to go from a 32F cup size to 34D. Winter, who"s appeared on the ABC sitcom with Sofia Vergara, Julie Bowen, Ed O"Neill and others since she was 11 years old, says producers "had to hide" her changing figure with "big sweaters [or] strapping me down." She said it was frustrating to go through every day, plus caused back and neck pain. See photos and read more at Too Fab.

Is she an "Uptown Girl?" Billy Joel welcomed a child with his new wife Alexis, a daughter named Della Rose Joel. It"s the 66-year-old singer"s second baby and her first, coming just five weeks after the couple of six years tied the knot in a surprise July 4 wedding officiated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo. The "Piano Man" also has a 29-year-old daughter, singer Alexa Ray Joel, from his first marriage to Christie Brinkley. Read more at E! News.

A "Lion King" sequel is on the way, and it"s nothing like "Lion King 1 1/2." The Disney Channel"s "The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar" will be a TV spinoff movie that sets up a new television series about the adventures of Simba (voiced by Rob Lowe) and Nala (Gabrielle Union) and their cub Kion (Max Charles) with some new characters, like a honey badger and an egret. James Earl Jones and Ernie Sabella from the original film will return to voice Mufasa and Pumbaa, respectively. Look for the movie in November and "The Lion Guard" TV series next year.

And Ronda Rousey wants to play a superhero. "A lot of the good ones have been taken, but I"d like to vie for Miss Marvel," the UFC fighter revealed in a Reddit AMA Monday. "Captain Marvel," which will feature Carol Danvers in the MCU"s first solo female superhero film, has yet to be cast. Rousey previously kicked b**t in "Expendables 3," "Furious 7" and "Entourage," but her competition for "Captain Marvel" could be fierce -- Jessica Chastain, Emily Blunt and Bryce Dallas Howard are among those rumored to lead the movie hitting theaters Nov. 2, 2018.
