When it comes to her famous exes Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck, Gwyneth Paltrow has some regrets well, at least about one of them.
The movie star opened up about her romantic past during her Wednesday interview with Howard Stern while promoting her new comedy Mortdecai.
Paltrow and Pitt began dating in 1994 after meeting on the set of their hit film Seven. The two got engaged in 1996, only to split up nearly a year later.
I definitely fell in love with him, the 42-year-old actress said about her famous ex, who married Angelina Jolie last year.
He was so gorgeous and sweet. I mean, he was Brad Pitt!
Stern, who described the pair as the best-looking couple on the planet, told Paltrow he heard she dumped Pitt, which she denied.
"I was such a kid, I was 22 when we met, she explained about why the relationship didnt last. It's taken me until 40 to get my head out of my a--. You can't make that decision when you're 22 years old.

Paltrow also revealed that her father, late director-producer Bruce Paltrow, was so devastated when we broke up."
But she admitted her parents were less enamored with her next A-list boyfriend, Ben Affleck, who she dated on and off from 1997 to 2000.
"I think (my parents) appreciated how he's super intelligent and he's really talented and funny, but he wasnt in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend.
"They loved him, but they were OK with us not being together."
The actress added that Affleck, who married actress Jennifer Garner in 2005, has matured a lot since she dated him.
Im friends with him still, she said. Hes settled down (and) his wife is awesome.
As for how Paltrow managed to date two of Hollywoods hottest actors, she explained that when you're in your 20s, you can get swept up in (good looks).
"When you're a kid, you tend to be more shallow and you're also immature, so you think that being with a good-looking person validates yourself in some kind of way. It's not true."
Paltrow also talked about her most recent ex, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, from whom she separated from last year.
She said the she remains on good terms with Martin, but regrets that she announced the end of their marriage as a conscious uncoupling.
"I made a mistake," she said. "I didn't give it context. But it is a goofy term."
