Candace Parker Honors Rosa Parks On 60th Anniversary Of Her Courageous Act

Rosa Parks changed history 60 years ago today when she refused to give up her seat to a white passenger on a bus in Montgomery, Alabama. The courageous act propelled her to the front of the civil rights movement, and she remains a symbol of the struggle to this day.

While Parks" memory is being rightfully honored with countless tributes this week, Los Angeles Sparks star Candace Parker found her own way to remember her. Parker posted a side-by-side photo of herself (wearing the popular "Nah. -- Rosa Parks, 1955" shirt) with Parks" famous mug shot.
