According to friends of the two, theyve been dating for months and are known as a couple to their close friends. They were seen together at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, and later in Las Vegas, not long after Cyrus broke up with Patrick Schwarzenegger last March. A source close to the couple told the New York Daily News that Stella and Miley are affectionate and comfortable with each other.

Miley was spotted out alone this past Friday June 19, causing the internet to second guess itself about whether Stella Maxwell is her girlfriend.
